This has absolutely nothing directly to do with saving you money BUT I firmly believe that every American over the age of 18 has a responsibility to inform themselves about the candidates and issues and then to VOTE! You need to be registered by Monday October 4 if you are going to fulfill that responsibility. You can register at the county clerk's office, at dmv if you have other business there (driver's license or state id card) and maybe some other places I don't know of , please comment if you know of other places!
Our country has a rich history of people fighting to make their voices heard at the polling places, appreciate the blessing that you have received and exercise your right to vote.
